Lameness / Sports Medicine
Foundation Equine veterinarians are specialized and dedicated to lameness and performance. We take a “whole-horse” approach to lameness and sports medicine. Dr. Durham is a board-certified veterinary surgeon with a focus on orthopedics and lameness / rehabilitation. Dr. Hinson is residency trained at Virginia Tech with an emphasis on podiatry and sports medicine. Dr. Poole’s primary focus is on chiropractic and performance, and Dr. Kivett consults on neurologic, neuromuscular, respiratory, GI and other factors that contribute to poor performance.
